Visitor visa fee

Hi,

I jumped off the gun and paid visa fee earlier (even before creating an online account) using online payment tool n got receipt but now I just completed uploading all tge documents for my parents for online application and stuck at the page where it pushes for an online fee payment. There is no option to upload a receipt of payment.

Seniors, any suggestions how to proceed?

Proceed with the payment of the application, and request for a refund of the first fee you paid through the IRCC Webform.

I requested for refund and got it immediately. Proceeded with application by paying again.
