Hi ,

I am filing up family information form for my parents (Visitor visa) and unfortunately, we don't have record of my grandparents date of birth.

What should I do? Also, is completing names in native language required?

Put an '*' (asterisk) for each unknown date field.

English or French
Okay, we actually just know the YEAR (in D.O.B), so for month and date , I ll put an asterisk.

Also, our native language is not English/French. The form says, "complete the names in English and in your native language".

Do I have to get this family information form signed? It doesnt have any validate button.

Not sure why you are writing the names in both languages. English will suffice

It is mentioned on the form. It is written - "Write the names in English and your native language". Our native language is not English. Thats why in two languages I am writing the names.

Is it wrong?

Maybe you have made an incorrect selection for Question 1 of 'Languages'.

Do keep it simple. Again, it's not necessary to complete the questions in your native language

Where is Question 1 of 'Languages' ?

Okay, but is there a negative impact if I complete in native language as well because its mentioned on the forms in instructions?

I don't think it is mandatory to complete in English and the native language. Your choice though. What if someone does not have a native language/if the applicant's native language is English? Anyways
