Hello everybody,
I had visitor record and visitor visa what expired in summer 2015. From that date, my visitor record had been extended for 2 more years. Now I would like to extend my visitor visa, because I would like to travel to another country and then to come back to Canada. My spouse has temporary work permit in Canada and we have a Canadian baby (baby born in Canada and having Canadian passport).
1) Can I apply for visa from inside Canada?
2) If no, do I have to go to home country to apply for Canada visa or I can send the documents to the Embassy at my home country by post? Or, can I apply for Canada visa at any country other than Canada or only at home country?
Thanks in advance,
Niko

Tricky questions.

In general you can apply to any country as long as you have a physical mailing address that they serve. You will have to look into the visa office that you want and see if they serve your country of residence.

Post is OK.

Thanks for the reply. Can you give me a hint how to find the list of countries served by certain embassies.
Thanks

Thanks

Google!

"Canada visa office [Bolivia]"

Or something like that.

Then in there you should navigate in their websites. All are different and have the information in different places, so I can't help you there.
