Hi can some help me. I applied my in laws for thier extension to stay for another 6 month. I applied ends of july 2023 and thier stay will be expired in september 2023 i did all the paper and everything was approve i recieved a letter saying that the application for extension was approve and i recieved a letter for medical exam and we did that and they passed the medical and after 3 months we just found out that thier status to stay was expired what should we do.thanks
