Visitor Visa Extension Timeline

Hello everyone, I applied for my parents visitor extension on Aug 19th but not yet received any updates. The timeline on CIC showing 116 days which they are only working on July's file. However, one of my friends' application was submitted in Aug too, and he got the approval already.

Is there anyone who can share their application timeline here, so we can have a clue which month's application they are actually working on? Thanks

Nowadays its taking 3 months or more. Wait for their approval!

Yes, I know, it's super slow right now, and I found the paper application is even faster than online application which is unusual.
