Visitor visa extension - issue with uploading

Dear all,

I'm trying to extend my Visa for another 6 months but I keep getting an error message when I upload the IMM5708.

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly.
Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.

I came to Canada as a visitor on May 27, 2016 (got a date stamp on my passport) and today is Nov 23, 2016.
- How long are you planning to stay in Canada? Temporarily - more than 6 months
- Current country of residence: 2016-05-27 to 2016-11-27
- Indicate how long you plan to stay: 2016-11-28 to 2017-05-27

The documents is validated and I tried all internet browsers but same result. What did I do wrong??

The data you entered while creating the checklist doesn't match with the data entered in IMM5708.

The two must match, there is no work around for this. Check closely both answers, there is a mismatch. Usually it is easy to miss, so do it carefully.
