Visitor Visa Extension I think my passport is lost

I sent my passport to CPP-ottawa on 12nd, January. Now my mail's status still stops at " Out for delivery ". I called Canada Post customer services and they let me to call CIC to ask do they receive my passport, but CIC nobody answered my call. So, what can I do now? I feel so despair...

Me too. But my item already delivered but I didn't received it yet. I am so upset now and I don't know what I can do right now? I try called to canada post 3days ago and called again today but nothing new.
