visitor visa extension denied

Hello,
I enterend canada on 31st mar 2016 on a visitor visa to meet and spend time with my husband who is already a citizen of canada. When i entered canada my passport was already stamped with departure date 30th sep 2016. we have already applied for PR in APRIL 2016.

I had applied for extension of visitor visa and result came on 24th SEP 2016 saying REFUSAL. I have some querries if someone can help me with answer and proper guidance.

1] i don't know the exact reason for refusal. I assume i made a mistake in filling up form specifically mentioning my entry date wrong and thats why my exit date on refusal form is different. Now which date should i consider?

2] Is it ok if i stay back in canada after 30th sep 2016 and apply for restoration after a month and half so. As i am expecting my PR to arrive in a month or so as one of my friend applied (from the same country) a month before me and already got PR just now. if not then when is the ideal time to apply for restoration and will it affect my PR file?

3]Based on my case can you send me format of letter of explanation for restoration application purpose?

4] In couple quarries that i received from CIC, besides my application number it was written INLAND SCLP. Eventhough i submitted my PR appliication while i was on a visitor visa, we made an outland application. I have also been in and out of canada number of times (which wouldnt be possible if it was actually an inland application). How do i know why type of application they have considered and clear the matter for me.

Did you include proof of finances and proof that you've applied for PR in your extension application?

1. The letter should state your reason for refusal. I don't know what you mean about the dates. Your status expires on the 30th, as stamped in your passport.

2. You should apply again now to extend your status instead of allowing yourself to become illegal.

4. It is very possible to leave and return to Canada with an inland app submitted; it is simply not advised because of the risk of refusal upon re-entering. IRCC has mixed up inland and outland before, so I suggest you contact them to find out. You can also have your sponsor contact their MP. Have you received Sponsor Approval?
