Visitor visa document number and expiry date on tracker

There is any chance of refusal ? Bcz there is visa number and expiry date showing

I don't think anyone has been refuse after seeing document details and expiry date

I have visa number and expiry date listed under documents on the tracker and I also received bvl last month but upto now no more update, no ppr and Background check "in progress" am here waiting

In my tracker it says document number not available yet expiry date not available yet then when you scroll down it showing document number Exxxxxxx35
