Visitor Visa denied.

Good day to all, I just wanna seek for advice regarding the visitor visa I applied for my parents. I applied my parents recently for visitor visa and it was denied bcoz of the following reason.

- travel history
But my mom had travelled already to japan,korea,hongkong. My dad is a seafarer so he travelled aroud the world and has US visa.

-insufficient funds, income nd asset
They have cad9000 converted on their account, they have land title, business.

- you have not provided sufficient docs to support your host income & asset.
We attached our t4, paystubs, property docs, bank statement wid cad7000 on our account.

im just wondering coz first time for my dad to be denied but my mom its her 4th time being denied I dont understand we meet the income bracket also. Is there any other way that I could know why they come up with this kind of decision.

may be they miss to add some documents which will prove their source of income and land ownership and what was the reasons of your mother past 4 refusals it can be a cause too for your dad application?

1st refusal insufficient funds but she already have equivalent to cad17,000 on her account.
2nd refusal insufficient funds on our part maybe bcoz that time when we applied her i dont have work yet only my husband.
3rd refusal insufficient funds and travel history.
