I am getting married this year in the month of May. I am planning to apply for the visitor visa for her.

what are the chances for getting a visitor visa for spouse ?

Lots of variables to give a difinituve answer. Where is she from, what’s her travel history, does she have sufficient funds to support herself, does she have ties and commitments In Her home country that require her to return? Is she coming before or after you get married?

1) She is from India
2) She has not travel outside before
3) Yes, she has funds to support herself
4) She has job in India, she can get a leave of absence
5) She is coming after marriage.
