These are 2 different things. VFS tracking number only shows you that your application has been sent to or from VO. Or your application is being processed. GCKEY is the Canadian Govt's online service that allows yous to get updates on the entire process. (from when biometrics have been updated, when review of eligibility/background has started, when you pass review, when decision is made). And in GCKEY account you can see the actual decision, if its approved you can also see the counterfoil/visa number, and expiration dates.
