IRCC has reached a height of inefficiency which is hard to match. Since you are under time pressure please reapply through the portal. I have read that many have got their PPR rather quickly.

Passport request. Basically asking for passport for stamping unless the information provided does not match with actual passport.

Unfortunately many have misunderstood that family reunification with a spouse is not guaranteed. IF your spouse has been granted a TRV then he can travel to Canada but there are no guarantees he will get the TRV. Before covid chances of a TRV to join a pregnant spouse would have been very low. They are a bit better now but having a spouse and a child in Canada creates stronger ties to Canada which is a negative when it comes to TRV applications. Would make sure you have a plan B in case your spouse gets denied.

Hello dear
I'm in the same situation, I'm 30 week pregnant. I applied for my husband's TRV on aug29, then we had to apply again as per new instructions from IRCC. Second application we applied on 15 sept via IRCC portal. But I have seen, mostly people who applied via gckey after sept07 are getting their approval within 5 to 6 days.
