visitor visa approved but no stamping on passport

I m in a situation that my visitor visa for canada was approved 1.5 months ago and passport request letter was sent to me. when I submitted my passport twice , both times it returns back to me with a letter stating that it is not required yet with no visa stamp.kindly help me. whats issue?

2. When did you apply?

3. What is the status for 'Final decision'?

I applied myself
I applied on 3rd February
On 11 th I got letter to submit passport and my status changed to approved.
Now the situation is that the letter they sent me got invalid because it had one month passport submission deadline.
After I wrote them they changed the status to in process.

It seems like the previous passport requests were either miscommunications on the part of IRCC.... or maybe the visa office requested your passport to confirm certain information. Or did you try to submit your passport after the 30 days submission deadline?

I submitted passport within deadline. do ircc make such mistakes ? why did they approved my application first and than put my application in process?any clue?

We have seen some incorrect messages just last week for someone else's application. It does not happen often though
