The form is not opening ;instead getting an error : cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257E.pdf

Is this the same with everyone ?Tried different browsers and systems

Hard to tell, I just googled it and opened it without any problems (quite fast if I may say so).
