Hello,

We are trying to apply for a visitor visa along with my common law partner through the portal, and I am the principal applicant. All information has been filled out, all documents required have been uploaded, and both applications are now shown as completed and ready for payment. However, it won't continue to the payment section, and it keeps going back to the previous page. So I would like to seek guidance if there's anything we missed or if there's something wrong with the portal.

Try from a different computer if you can (MacOS if you haven't tried). If it still fails, for both of your applications, on every system and browser, then it's likely you've done something wrong when completing the form. Try opening another account, or send the IT service a ticket.
