My company applied visitor visa for me on 8th March 2018. Till now i haven't received any response. On VAS center it says, your passport is submitted to Delhi High commission. Till the date i am waiting for any response. Online it is giving status of your request is processed at New Delhi. Please contact there.
From VAS center i got the same response. no one is ready to tell me what is going on. Why i am not able to get my Passport back even after almost 3 month. it crossed all the time limit define by Canadian visa program. I have already sent an expedite request 1 month back but no response yet. I am now worried about my passport.
Is there any way to get the real status? Why it is delaying to approve or reject?

Which web form. I am not aware of the process. My application was applied offline
Could you please let me know the process?
Make a gckey account online, you will have to register yourself. after that you can link your paper application to your online account, just google it, shouldn't be too hard to find the information online.

I received rejection email with below three reason.
a) Purpose of visit
b) Travel history
c) Unable to verify employment and/or obtain confirmation from inviter.

I didn't understand why purpose is not clear. I have reviewed invitation letter. Some how i found inviter has placed my designation as Sr. software engineer instead of Sr. Project leader.
Yes i don't have travel history in the past.
last point is really not cleared to me since i am working with my current company from last 8 year. how it's fail and also inviter is the parent company in Canada.
Can any body explain the reason.

1. What was the purpose of your visit + for how long?

2. Do post the list of documents that you had submitted.

3. What documents were submitted to prove your employer is the subsidiary of the Canadian company?

the purpose of his visit is to interact with clients, attorneys and manager to strengthen the communication structure for various business engagements.

2. Do post the list of documents that you had submitted.
Invitation letter

six month salary slip
6 month bank statement
3 year itr
Photo
and company person knows what they did.

3. What documents were submitted to prove your employer is the subsidiary of the Canadian company?
on verification they submit- some kind of certificate of continuation which certify the company is parent company.

1. For how long did you want to visit?

2. Who will pay for your visit? Your India company or the Canadian one?

3. Why is it necessary to visit in-person? And, why you? Why not another colleague?

travel time was 4-5 weeks
Canadian company is going to pay for my visit
It is difficult to advise considering your short responses. Anyways.

The key reason for your refusal is your Canadian host offered to pay for your visit = You would need a work permit and not a TRV in this case (this would be considered as working illegally as a visitor).

IMO, other reasons why you have been refused:
1. You have not established why you and not another colleague must visit + not sure why you need to meet Canadian attorneys.

2. You have not demonstrated your strong ties to India + you have not proved your work responsibilities in your current workplace.

3. A visit of an indeterminate length (4-5 weeks is very different from a clear stated visit of 4 weeks or 5 weeks) means you are likely to overstay. In any case a visit of 4-5 weeks is too long for business meetings.

4. You did not have a well-defined purpose of visit for each day of your visit

5. Not established the business association between both companies

etc etc etc
