Visitor visa application rejection intimation to CIC. Urgent help needed

Hello friends,

I am in big trouble now .today I received refusal letter about visitor visa application. I applied Visitor visa for my exploratory visit to Morden - Manitoba. However ,I have also applied in SINP on 5 July.
1) Should I inform to SINP about visit visa rejection and purpose of visVisi Visa application?
2) Will this create complication to my SINP application?
3) My thought is should I inform them later once nomination received?

Please urgently help required.

1) Traveling history
2) Purpose of visit is not clear- Eventhough I have submitted invitation letter from ManutoMa
3) Financial self-sufficiency- I have more than enough money like in my account more than 17 Lacs.
