My wife recently submitted a Canadian visitor visa application. She was waiting to receive an email for her biometrics, she did not receive one and after few days when she checked her account, she found the letter thereby that time she could not get a biometrics appointment within 30 days as no dates were available.
She applied through the online link to extend the letter and got one later date. She did not receive any confirmation about the extension.
About 2-3 days back she received a letter in her account that her application is rejected due to no biometrics and has to apply a new application.
We have been trying to contact the Canadian services through the contact emails and web forms provided for more than 2 weeks and there is no response and we are not getting any way to get our answer.
Has somebody faced a situation like this? Can somebody advise on what can we do?
