They applied for visas on the 13th with your convocation 3 days later? How old is your sister? Expect around 3-4 months processing.

In fact the convocation date is 16 June, my sister 42 but she is single

And what are the chances for visa approval

Depends on their profiles. They each separately have to show their own funds, travel history, strong ties to home country (job with leave letter, family, investments, loans, property). How long was their visit?

I’m a Canadian citizen, sponsoring all travel expenses, renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Canada. I’m single and have no family in Canada.

have 40k CAD liquid in bank

Not your funds, their funds. They need to show their bank accounts. VOs want to see if they can afford to come. Your funds probably will not be considered for your sister since she is in her 40s. Same for your mother unless you meet LICo and are applying for a supervisa for her. If refused, reapply with their own funds not yours. You issue a letter of invitation.

Updated: If on a study permit, then parent is not eligible for Supervisa.

yes, I attached a notarized invitation letter from my side started that I will pay all the trip expenses like air ticket, accommodation, food, transportation,

and I’m a citizen here not at the study permit

Again your money/funds may not be recognized or taken into account. If refused and they apply again then they show their own funds not yours. Usually it is a red flag if those applying can’t show any of their own funds. You are paying for everything. All you can do is wait.

in Fact I have shown their funds too, my mom doesn’t work , she has around 20k CAD liquid cash and monthly income of 450 CAD comes from pension and some banking investment. My sister holds a government position, working as secondary school teacher from last 16 years, she is earning around 850 CAD per month, she got 8,500 CAD bank deposits.

Now what’s your take on it?
Not sure about your visa application category ,
but in case for S.V. your T4/NOA/Employment letter , matters as part of Fund
in case of V.V. , Applicant Funds, Tie-up with home country , Matters most

Good Luck
