Visitor visa and super visa processing time for Pakistani applicants

Hi all,

I remember from a few years back that the processing times for visitor visas and super visas for Pakistani applicants used to be a month or two, but now according to this page, the processing time is roughly 16 months for both types of visas!

Can anyone shed some light on how accurate these estimates are? Is this increase due to a backlog or something?

It isn’t 16 months. That is likely for TRVs for people who don’t qualify to travel.

Sure, I understand. That's why I thought I'd ask around here to get a sense of how long they're actually taking. That would go a long way towards helping us plan ahead.
