I will really appreciate if somebody can help me with my question.
My wife has applied for a student visa (Canada). I already have a TRV (tourist visa) for Canada valid for the next 10 years. Our 2 year old daughter does not have a Canadian visitor visa yet.

**Once my wife gets her student visa, can we apply for the visitor visa of our daughter from India and post getting the visitor visa all 3 of us can fly together?

**Do we both need to apply for dependant visa while applying for student visa, and also does it hamper the chances of getting a student visa?

You can apply now for your daughter’s visitor visa as processing is 8+ months (or was a few weeks ago). Also with current travel rules due to Covid, only one family member can travel with a student so no you can’t travel together. What is a dependant visa...no such thing. You have a visitor visa.

Hie can you please help me,in 1294 form there is a part where i have to fill tuition, room and board and other.well i will be living with my cousin who will be paying for my living expenses so i was wondering what i should write in that space since with tuition i have to fill in my yearly fee which is already paid for.
Not sure what this has to do with a visitor visa. Is this your first application? You list your total fees and living expenses despite living with your cousin. You still need to show that you can afford to study in Canada. Your cousin could say you owe rent or kick you out. You can put it in your SOP that you are living with cousin.
