Visitor Visa after Pr Sponsorship Approval

I would like to ask if anyone can advise me, that after i have recd approval of sponsorship from Mississauga, and file is sent to Singapore, for approval
for spouse, will she be able to obtain a TRV, to come to Canada for a visit easier????

Unfortunately not. It's very hard to get a TRV with an app in progress, as the applicants tie to Canada is too strong and CIC will think they have no intention to return home once TRV expires. It doesn't matter if you apply before or after sponsor approval, chances are the same. To get approved for TRV she will need to show very strong ties to home country.

Yes i have heard this before, but do not understand why, especially, why would someone jeopradize PR by overstaying a TRV .
Doesnt make sense that they would still be so harsh. Especially considering that the whole process is just to ensure my wife can meet my parent, as they are old , and in there80s, and want hertobe able to know them before they areno longer here.
