hi friends
here is my history.
i got married to canadian citizen divorced girl in august 2012. now we were ready to apply for my immigration to canada. but we came to know a new rule introduced and forced in the march 2012. that after second marrige, she have to wait for 5 years(5 years after getting pr) to sponser me ( i am in india).plz go to the march 2012 news relaese at cic website for more detail.
she entered as student in 2005 and got married to canadian pr or citizen(not sure) guy and got pr in 2008 feb and citizen in oct 2012 after our marrige.
she has good job making around 50k canadian per year, and own house in 50/ 50 partnership with her brother.
now before the start of march 2013, we can not apply for immigration.
my concern is
can i get visitor visa approved for canada? because its very hard to live separate after marriage.
i am bca/pgdca. no job. travelled uk and australia as student, schenegen and thailand as visitor
how important is my bank statement if my wife takes responsibility of my expenses while in canada?
thanks in advance
