Hi All,

I applied for PR with my outland spouse in 2021. During my application processing, i got separated, so i informed IRCC about it and removed my spouse from the application. At the end i received my PR and status was updated as divorce/separated.

Now i am getting married to someone. I want to process her dependent visitor visa after marriage. Will this be a problem while processing visitor visa? Do i have to enclose my divorce certificate in my spouses visitor visa application or our marriage certificate and other relationship document is enough.

Thanks

I am not aware of anything called Dependent Visitor visa
Assuming you are now going to get married again, your spouse is eligible for Spousal PR

So Applying for Spousal PR & then a dual intent TRV makes more sense

If you are applying a visitor visa, as an adult, every applicant has to show their own funds, home ties & justify purpose of visit' - The marriage certificate will have to be uploaded to the application to show proof of relationship

Good Luck
