I have no idea I applied for my mother in 2016 visitor visa they gave her 6 months. Now I applied for super visa lets her passport is expiring in three years

Maybe the applicant's profile (ties to home country, financial capability and purpose). The first time I applied for a TRV, IRCC only gave me Single Entry for 6 months. The 2nd and 3rd time I applied they granted me with Multiple Entry for 5 years (since the validity of passport from my home country is only 5 years).
