Hello!
I have a multiple entry TRV to Canada valid till Jan. 2019. My question is: Can I apply for a study permit from within Canada?!

As a visitor you are not allowed to apply for a Study or Work Permit from within Canada unless you are on the exemption list. Visitors who may apply from within Canada are family members of PR/Work Permit/Study Permit holders, and some others.
