Visitor to student again. .

Hi..need help plzz..
Anyone knows if it is possible to apply study permit outside canada again?
I used to have study permit then changed to work permit then changed to visitor..
I would like to go back my country for a while then apply study permit again to come back here..is it possible or not? I'm from a country that requires visa.

Sure - you can certainly do that. You should be aware that even if you complete additional studies in Canada, you won't qualify for another post graduate work permit after you finish your studies. You can only hold a PGWP once in your lifetime.

I just wanna earn additional point under express entry from 2 or more degree probably..
And do you know if we could earn point from foreign work experience or not?
