Expressing that in formal set up is considered as shouting...personally i get offended when someone write to me in all caps,! but thats me! and i guess other people too. It seriously does not matter. You could also take ALL CAPS as being stressed so much, it's equivalent to screaming. And I'd empathize with that. That's exactly how I feel right now waiting for 6 months for a decision. I'd be screaming too if I got a refusal. Either way, poster's discretion. As stated in another thread, include a signed employment letter with approved leave. As for your mother, living alone with your mother is not a tie. If you are taking care of her include her medical reports that show she needs care, and contacts of who will be caring for her when you are away.
