I was living In the Canada for 2 yrs under the extension and now I left the country after I apply the extension and couldn’t hear from the govt and went to usa to meet my sister and now I want to again go to Canada for 10-15 days. Coz there is a reason that my aunt my dad sister is not keeping well. Wanted to meet and will return back to my home country india
So please suggest should I try for the re entry

Is your tourist visa still valid? If it is, you can try. Just be prepared to be turned away at the border if they do not believe that you will leave again because of your long stay previously.

Yes I have tourist visa valid and all my luggage is at my cousin place and I have a bad reason to go back. Because of mishap with my Cousn family which was in the Canadian news few months back and they r literrqry fighting with physical and emotional setback

So if CBSA ask to see your air ticket booking to India given you already stayed in Canada for 2 years as a visitor will you have that available to show them ? Given this time you only want to stay for 10-15 days then it seems reasonable when you enter that you would have made such a committment to leave. Good luck

Yes I can show the tickets and also I have valid visa for another 3 yrs multiple entry
