I arrived in Canada in August, 2022 via eTA and extended my visitor visa (visitor record) in Feb 2023, and the visitor record will expire end of Sep, 2023.
I moved in with my boyfriend (Canadian citizen) this May and we are hoping to apply for common law visa until we live for one year.
In my visitor record explanation letter, do I need to write down my intention of reaching common law? What would be the best way to explain this situation? Since it's my second time of extension and I'm a bit nervous that it might not be approved. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you!
