Hello everyone, Please can anyone answer my questions. my husband and i are still gathering documents for our spousal sponsorship application. My husband is a citizen of visa exempt country and he came to Canada via eTA. we created a Gckey account to apply for visa record extension and from there under forms is IMM 5708 ( application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in canada as a visitor or temporary resident permit holder), under supporting documents are Passport, proof of means of financial support, and digital photo. my question is under optional documents there is IMM 5257 Schedule 1. do we have to fill out this one ? btw, my husband had military training service 20 years ago due to it was mandatory before in his country, i am not sure if this make a change to fill it out or not. thank you for your help.
