Visitor record approved on next day after submitting PR application - Coincidence ?

Hi Folks,

I submitted my Inland Spousal PR application with dependent on 13th March 2023, my dependent's Visitor Record application was submitted on Oct 31st 2022 and had no updates till 13th March 2023.
But i got Visitor Record approval on 14th March 2023 i.e next day after submission of our PR application.

I am just wondering if its just a coincidence ? or our PR application had something to do with it ?(I know its a stretch but still wondering if it maybe the case).
Appreciate your thoughts please.

Likely just a coincidence.
