The USA is a different country with its own rules. If you want to enter the US, you will have to meet their requirements for visiting. A Canadian visit visa does not allow you to visit the US.

To work you would need to find an employer willing to provide you a LMO. This can be very difficult.

No - you can't. It is illegal to work as a tourist in Canada. If you wish to work, you must obtain a work visa. And as amikety explained, you'll need to find an employer first.

As a visitor it is illegal for you to work in Canada. If you wish to work you should first of all be hired by an employer. They should get approval for Labor Market opinion. Then you can apply for a work permit which can take anywhere from 3-5 months. The whole process can take up to 8 months.
You cannot visit USA with a Canadian Visa, unless you are USA visa-exempt.
