Hi i am currently on visitor extension/record as my PGWP got expired in feb. Now I have a valid job offer and applied for Lmia which my lawyer tells me would take until july to be approved so my question is as I am not able to work I cannot afford to stay here in Canada can I go back to my country until the Lmia is approved? I have a valid visitor multiple entry visa stamped on my passport aswell.
