Applied for visitor record Ext sept 21. Hoping and praying I get it to continue our common law goal of one year then to file PR in May. For common law status goals what’s the success rate. fingers crossed.

and saw marriage certificate is a required document. they don't have marriage certificate. what should i do in this case?

Was here’s a visitor record extension. I applied from the Canada and USA citizen. Hoping my extension is granted to be able to continue our months to reach the one year mark for common law. Then I can apply for PR
all our applications in this thread are for visitor extensions. they will issue you with a new visitors record once approved.
They updated the website. It says they last updated on November 24th? But I checked around 6 on Friday and it said November 3rd. Weird.

For visitor Extensions its taking around 100 days
.Note: Even when your changing status in canada (e.g from worker to tourist, restoration status) you'll be under visitor extension and not visitor (from inside canada).
Did you apply for a visitor extension or a visitor visa, because the two are diffetent. And yes the application for a visitors visa is fast.
I came to Canada back in June. So I did the application to extend my stay as a visitor. I didn't expect it to be approved that fast!
