Visitor extension worries.

Hey all. I always come to this sub as the people here are amazingly helpful.
I applied for visitors extension on November 4. Yesterday I received two emails indicating an update. However when I tried to login to cic, it says my user is revoked! I tried calling cic, and emailing them but I'm becoming anxious for the results. Please help, how do I get my account back? I tried to recover it but it couldn't even find my application. I submitted my application with about 15,000 to show for assets (money) and also proving I do not have to pay rent. The only issue I'm worried about the application getting rejected is my age. I am 18. My fiance is 21. (why so young? I have been independent since 13 and have no connection with my family and thus I believe I am mature enough to make my decision myself, please, if you have any comments, be courteous.)i just want to know if cic officers deny applications based on age. As aside from age, I have no other issues (money ok, not paying rent. Etc). This is for visitor extension, not pr as we don't plan on marrying for another 2 years.

No they won't deny it based on age. It's probably a system glitch. Can you write out the exact error?

Oh you revoked it. I think you might have done this by accident? I've never used GCKey, but others say if you revoke your account your only choice is to link another one.

If you are having troubles linking your app to a new GCKey, make sure your information matches exactly.

However, after all those, I tried to write my city's name with a slash. If I give an example, let's say I am from Toronto, so in the place where it wants you to write your city name, I wrote Toronto/Canada, and chose Canada as the country of birth. And then I submitted and it found my application!

So if you are having some problems, try to write your city's name with your country's name with a slash between them.

Another example:

City of birth:
Istanbul/Turkey

Country of birth:
Turkey

Anyways, the GCKey does not actually do anything to your application, it's just a way to view the database information. So, if you got your extension it will still come in the mail.

I didn't even know how I revoked it . Unfortunately I don't even remember which date I put for day of departure as I was just extending until end of next year. So that's another issue.
I don't remember putting an address either. The extension would come in the mail regardless? And there's no way they would reject my application based on age, right? I'm assuming extensions they look like how much money you have, and prove you won't end up on the streets only? I hope that's true.

I'm sorry, with how anxious I've been feeling Ive forgotten everything I did with the application. How long would this letter take to be sent to me? I'm in Toronto.
