Hi, I am in Canada now, I want to extend my stay for more than six months, I have some questions about the form IMM 5707...

1) It said complete all names in English and in your native language-----so I must fill it out in 2 languages?

2) My spouse lives in Canada, he didn't travel with me from where I was from last month, so the box "will accompany you to Canada? YES? NO?" which box I should check?

3) My dependent child travelled with me to Canada, should I fill out her own forms separately from mine?

I have been searching the forms I need to fill out for her which I found it should be all the same as mine? Or any other form I need to fill out?
