Visitor Extension for Mom

just want to share my timeline:

Application for Visitor Extension (Visitor Record)

October 31 - application for extension submitted online
January 24 - cic posted an update, reviewing eligibility
January 25 - decision made: extension approved

As of Jan 25, processing times page indicated that waiting time is 105 days and currently processing September 29 application files, but my mom’s was already processed.

Hello!
Where were you apply the visitor record?
I submitted paper in Edmonton on October 25.
But i have not received anything.
I checked GC account to link the application but not working.
