Yes, my husband have NOC 0 job.

I have already applied for an open work permit, in the case I will apply for the visitor record, would it override the worker status with the visitor status?

Is there a reason you think the OWP will not be approved?

Are you on Implied Status?

No i dont think there is a reason for rejection.
And I m not on implied status.my visitor status will be expiring in mid January.

Then there is no reason to apply for a visitor extension app right now.

If your OWP app is still in process when your current visitor status expires, you will have Implied Status.

I am also in the same boat. I would like to ask here ....currently my owp is also under process,and my visitor status expires in Jan,so I no need to apply for visitor extension? after getting owp, I can apply for TRV with owp itself for going out for a vacation/trip &coming back in to Canada?
