I really don't know! Depends on how strong your file is and whether or not the VO is convinced that you will leave Canada after your visit.

There are other things they look for in a file, too

1. Purpose of travel
2. Financial support
3. Family and home ties
4. Travel History (if anyone of the above is even slightly weak)

You would have to wait.

Acknowledgement is a good sign that your file has at least being opened.

But if you are over processing time, which I think you are, you can raise a CSE using IRCC Webform. That would take anywhere between 7 - 30 days to get you an answer.
