i am also a returning student to canada, have valid study permit and came to India due to emergency few weeks back. And i can see that youhave similar case as mine. I also have US visitor visa. I'm applying for trv today and can you please help me to know if i am filling the right document? is it imm5257? if yes, what should we fill in purpose of travel, should i really get an itenery that i am returning to india?

Hi Sara, sure I’ll help you. You have to fill imm5257. A few questions before that because I made mistakes with my application, wouldn’t want you to do the same.

Are you a bonafide student having completed your course and applied for a pgwp?
