Visiting visa

I am wondering if i’d be granted a visiting visa to Canada. I don’t have a job yet since that I just graduated from college. I live with my whole family in the house that my parents own. And so I am thinking that I might not be granted. Another thing is that I have been denied a US Visa twice 6 months ago. That was when I was trying to visit my boyfriend so that we can file fiance petition legally but then I was denied. Right now, we are on our 5th month of waiting for our K1 petition and we would like to travel and see each other again so we thought of traveling to Canada so he can just drive going there. would there be a huge chance that I’ll be granted a visiting visa despite of the 2 denials and the fact that we are currently in the process of doung things legally in the US.

More than likely you will be denied. Previous visa denials in your case two very recent cases, no job, no ties to your country and not married are some of reasons for a possible denial. They won't care about a house your family owns, they care about your assets. Your K1 is likely to be approved very soon. Save your money. When you get your green card you will be able to visit Canada visa free.
