hi everyone

I have a question regarding a visit. I plan to visit my wife in canada this month while im about the end of my application for PR ("in process")

I had an exclusion order for 1 year that expired at January and unfortunately the process is taking too long and im still waiting.

im from a country who do not need a visa to enter canada but i need to know the risks and to know what to bring and say in order to enter with ease! please help thank you all!

1. Coin flip, depending on the reason for the exclusion order and the fact that you have PR application in process, will indicate to the VO that you aren't a genuine visitor and that is your intention to remain permanently. You may find yourself getting another exclusion order.

can they really give me another exclusion order?? after i already passed the interview and at the finale stage of the process?? you really scaring me now omg that will ruin me and my wife if that happens!

It doesn't matter if you passed the interview. Entering Canada as a visitor is a separate matter. Yes - they can give you another exclusion order or refuse you entry into Canada if they have concerns about letting you into the country.
