Hello. I want to visit my Fiancé for christmas and new years and I'm gonna try the visitors visa. I marked visiting a friend and said that I could proof my relationship. Now I have some doubts: on her letter, she should say we are engaged or just type the letter as if we were friends? And also, purpose of travel, what should I upload there, I don't have flight tickets yet and I'll be staying at her house. Also the proof of relationship, in case you think she should say we are engaged, just upload pictures together? Thanks.

Just to caution you:
Stating you want to meet your fiancée + including proofs of your relationship can be detrimental to your visa approval. That said, you don't want to be untruthful to IRCC especially if you guys will be getting married soon.

1. Do you have someone else who can invite you, preferably a relative/family member?

2. Have you traveled to other visa-required countries for short visits?

3. Can you prove you have strong ties to your country of residence?

4. Do NOT buy tickets until your visa is stamped in your passport

1. No, I have another friend there, but we she is the only one who could give me this letter I guess. Plus he lives in a different city than her.

2. I went to the US but it was in July 2008.

3. I just got unemployed and my mom will sponsor my trip, I don't think I have enough proofs of strong ties with my country.

4. Ok!

We just got engaged last month. Do you think it's better to say on the letter we're just friends, or she should say she's my fiancé?

Another thing is, the main purpose is enjoying holidays (xmas + new years) with her and her family, don't you think it's a good purpose?

Also I tried and applied for TRV in April this year, and got denied, but I didn't set I was going to visit anyone, and it was kinda wrong, I said I was going to visit for 1 month and I was a pro poker player by that time, does that have any negative effect on my second application?

If you were refused a TRV in April, then you shouldn't apply again until you can demonstrate stronger ties (i.e. have a job) and are able to sponsor the trip yourself. As of now, you effectively have no ties to your home country and are most likely setting yourself up for another refusal. And yes - your earlier refusal will most likely impact this new application. Previous refusals make it more difficult to be approved.

Going on a college is strong enough? I really thought that the letter should be fine to prove that I'm not staying there forever.

So if in the near future we want to get married, she will have to come to my country and get married here?

Are you studying? Or just enrolled in a study program? Evidence for this? When does your study program end?

Most probably yes

I know that my profile isn't good for applying, but I just want some help on how to make it more close to get approved, how to have more chance.

IMO, you must defer your plans to visit until you are mid-way through/almost completing your study program. Hopefully, it is not an online program.

In addition to this, you must apply when you are able to demonstrate that you have reasons to return to your home country. For example, find a job that pays reasonably well + you would apply about 7-8 months after you start working.... build up your finances (as a adult who was employed until recently, depending on your mom to pay for your visit doesn't look good).... preferably travel to other visa-required countries, etc
