Hi all,

I'm wondering, my lmo hasn't been approved or rejected yet, its been over 16weeks.
I'm travelling the world since August, currently in the US and thinking of heading to Canada in January.

Can I enter Canada as a Visitor without affecting my LMO? Do i have to tell immigration on entry that i have an lmo pending? I would propably arrive on a one way ticket as well.

Any info is greatly appreciated

Do you have a valid Visitor VISA? if yes, then you could enter Canada, not necessary to tell about LMO....

Good luck....

I'm from a visa exempt country, so I assume it should be fine to just get the visitor visa at port of entry.

I agree, if you can legally enter Canada (Visa) or visa exempt, no need to tell anyone.

16 weeks seems a bit on the long side. Whats the hold up? I would gently nudge my employer if I were you...

Good luck :)
