The visa office could have closed your application for not being complete.

Nonetheless, you can email your local visa office to request for a new Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL) by stating the reasons why you didn't give your biometrics earlier. Maybe the visa office will consider your request. Alternatively, you can request for a refund and apply from scratch again
