Visiting Canada For About Two Weeks

I'm from Egypt and would like to visit Canada to see a very close friend of mine there , I'm also a 19 yo student
i would appreciate if anyone could answer my questions

1) How much money do i need for my stay (2-4 weeks) ? knowing that I'll be staying with my friend.
2) it says that i need to give them a statement of my bank account ... how much money should be in the account ?
3) Can my Friend do anything to help ? like writing a letter or something ?

1 - That's got to do with what you're going to say that you'll be doing during those 2 weeks. If your plan is to stay with your friend, sit home everyday , do not go out for dinners drinks and stuff, and just hung with your friend at home or outside but not planning to spend much money then you'll have to get an idea of how much that could cost ya and have it ready to use in Canada.

3 - Invitation letter, they strongly encourage people who's going to visit friends, siblings, family to get one, you definitely should get one, and your friend should explain all you're planning to do together too, and what kind of accommodation will be providing for ya. Also, birth certificate copy, passport copy etc should be attached alongside the invitation letter. By the way, all these documents will also probably need to be notarized.
