VISITED MANITOBA ON VISITORS VISA

Dear friends, i came to canada on visitors visa, iam indian national and cook by profession , arrived manitoba today if i find an employer who is willing to sponsor me can i switch my status without leaving canada ?

i also have two friends who are permanent residents of canada please suggest me which is the best option to apply migration.

i assume your tourist visa only give you 6 months maximum to stay and cannot work, you cannot get a work permit while on tourist visa and PNP application take years to complete even if you are qualified, so it is not possible for you to "switch status", btw do you have degree or diploma? Cook as profession may not be qualified without at least post secondary education and diploma

simply you are not eligible to work on visitor VISA. PNP process takes more than 6 months and no way it will allow you to switch your status. Please comply with law of land else it will be a problem for you. Moreover, any example will influence CIC on further issuance of visitor visa for the people who on real need.
