if my wife born baby in other state like you asked me before if she have any one in other state so which one state you are telling ? and what if my wife born baby there so there any difference from Ontario state? like my baby will be any trouble for education or some thing els or its same like Ontario state and one more thing like my wife just go there in other state and just born in any hospital or place or they have specific hospital or place also she have to show what documents there like Health card etc or what? pls reply with thanks.

also you said you can born your baby in South Korea so my will be sponsor but on that time my baby will not have passport just he/she will be birth certificate of Korea and about Korea for so how we will get our kid visa for Korea if we want to live here because our kid will not have passport.
this one is hard question.

and i thing if we will not born our baby in Canada right away we have only one option to born our baby is my home Country (Pakistan) may i right pls update.

The Charter of Rights in Canada guarantees freedom of mobility across the country. There are no issues registering at schools, healthcare, etc if you were born in a different province. If you are Canadian, then you have access to all of Canada. There aren't harsh division lines in the provinces.

Believe it or not, newborn babies can get passports.

Personally, I would try to give birth in Korea, because Korea is visa exempt, but if you prefer Pakistan or it would be easier, then Pakistan will work. I'm saying this, assuming you want to move to Canada and live here permanently.
